From the current picture, doesn't look like any surgery has been done yet.  :confused:

Looks like all she has done is chop off her hair, not shave her legs, get fat and look very sloppy.....not enough to "make" her a man....just enough to appear as an asexual slob.

I heard someone on tv ask the same question(without the POS adjective) the other day. The response was because of who she is, and in particular because her mother was a "sex symbol" for years. (remember the black outfit she wore in a video on a Navy carrier?)
