I predict an increase in suicides in California.
The government spends trillions bailing out big companies, then cuts SSI and health benefits for the poor in CA. As of the end of the month, I no longer have a counselor. Those losing mental health providers will flock to the few in this county who take Medi-Cal. Most won't be able to find help. Doctors and psychologists are already seeing too many patients. The system is taxed to the max.
Something is gonna give and guess where the weakest link is?

3. Both suicides and episodes of violence will occur!
And that's a terrible and unnecessary tragedy!

2. Mental health services are always the first to be cut. It absolutely sucks. The
mental health system in most states is already insufficient bordering on shameful. I agree that this will cause untold pain and heartache to Californians, not just those who need services, but also friends and families. It's sad that people put so little value on helping those who need it so much.

l the social services will be cut starting july first. trillions to the banks and the rest can eat shit and die
my wife works with the mentally disabled adults.
Now wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
franksolich must be out of the loop.
I thought this changed on January 20, 2009.
The primitives promised us it would.
I thought the 0bamareich was ushering in Heaven on earth, and after five months, it's gotten worse?
I wonder what's up with that.
Now it looks as if the squawking primitive's going to have to give up those opera-singing lessons.

6. Ladyhawk, where would you put the blame for the budget crisis in California? Is this mostly due to losses in real estate values? Is it due to bonds being downgraded? Is this a product of unrealized revenues resulting from the economic slowdown? Could this budget crisis have been averted?

8. I'm no expert on these issues, but I'll share my opinions.
Part of the problem is the super majority needed to pass legislation. We've had budget crises in much better economic times due to this stupid law. The politicians are so pig-headed, they couldn't come to an agreement, then tried to pawn the responsibility off onto the voters (special election).
IMHO, this system, which doesn't work in the best of times, was one of the major factors in this epic fail.
I know very little about economics, but from what I've seen, the real estate crash really did for California. I know of people who lost their homes. And when people aren't well off, they can't generate revenue for the state.
My brother, who works for the state, got a 10% pay cut. My aunt and uncle both lost their jobs. I lost a chunk of my disability payment, with no resulting reduction in rent like I was told.
The state is broke, so the axe is falling, mostly on the poor. I don't have much of a say in matters because I don't have any power (i.e. money). Nobody much cares what I think.
It's a very large bonfire.
But I remain confused.
I thought this all changed on January 20, 2009.
Apparently it has, but for the worse.
It looks like the primitives got the change they didn't hope for.

You think that's baaaad, remember the time you idiots elected Obama and he started reinventing the wheel, AKA health care system, which is going to increase the size of that problem 10-fold? /Peter Griffin
Suck it up, idiots. What you bitch about is the exact same thing you're pimping.
Dipshits.

I think the squawking primitive should go out and get a job.
A job, the best therapy there is.
And one gets paid for the therapy, rather than having to pay for the therapy.
The squawking primitive's a little long in the tooth, a little wide in the middle, to sit around her "fundie" mother's house all day, having mom do all the work, and all the paying.

At least one DUmmie admits the truth. Most psychotic rampages are done by other DUmmies that suck off the government teat. :uhsure:

I'm going to make a bold prediction--the mortality rate will increase to 100 percent. Eventually, every person born will die at some point.
Damn, I feel better, having put the DUmmie mind to rest, such as their minds are.

If the timing is right, I know I'm exempt. :innocent:

Before the Bam Bam is done, you're going to have to shorten your name to just "Lord", 'cause you'll surely lose your "Undies", so maybe you have half an exemption!

This is so rich. I think I'll put some of these quotes on my blog. Need to start posting something there anyways
