17. How about 2010 -- The Year We Ban DU
Site full of genocide, homophobia, hatred and lies.
:lmao:
-
He says genocide like its a bad thing.
-
ban the bible, why wait?
Or do it in the summer of 2010 and see how that affects their election chances.
-
Ah DUmmies...always hallucinating that they have an iron in the fire when it pertains to policy making...
-
He says genocide like its a bad thing.
Genocide is a bad thing every race every culture has participated in it at some time.
The DUmmies act as if its only religious white guys who do it though.

Perhaps I should explain:
Genocide is also known as ethnic cleansing; the purpose of which is to remove a culture from a given area.
Now personally I'm not wholly opposed to ethnic cleansing. From the worshippers of Ba'al down to imperialist Japan certain cultures have been expunged to the betterment of all concerned...including the Philistines and Japanese.
Now, this DUmmie might recoil at such a thought but consider what he is proposing: expunging the Judeo-Christian culture from the US.
I guess it comes down to what one values more: some Ba'alist priest throwing infants into a sacrificial fire or Mother Theresa laboring in poverty within the depths of Calcutta?
The choice is telling though.

He's my representative. I really like his stances, with the exception of two, this being one of'em. Seems there are more dire needs to be addressed than this. The second one is when he tried to ban Playboy and Penthouse from military installations.

Even if the outcome is a good thing I wont ever cheer when civilians get killed. I view it as a necessary evil in certain circumstances.

A noble sentiment, and I could never disparage you for holding it but consider the Palestinians in our own era. Here are a people that dress infants up as suicide bombers and indoctrinate their children with the most unreasoning and reckless hatred. Even if you defeat the instruments of their political state (do they even have any to any appreciable degree?) how do you contend with an entire culture whose children are raised on the worship of death?
How do you rehabilitate such a society?
Is their rehabilitation worth the gamble of other, more innocent, societies?
Perhaps the day is coming where we are compelled--in the name of our own safety and that of our friends--to say "**** it, it ain't worth the price" and scrape them into the ocean. It's easy to shed a tear for children; not so much if they're trussed-up in bomb belts. If their own parents have consigned them to death why should we cry except for the fact their own parents have consigned them to death? But again: how do you rehabilitate such people within the constraints of so-called "modern morality"?
Once upon a time ancient man had no international laws, only the laws of his own people. He had no concept of genocide, there was only the "others" living "over there". In time genocide became common practice. We recoil at teh thought of it today because of the evils of WW2 made it so vivid when it was practiced on those who were so clearly undeserving. But is there such a thing as "deserving"? The ancients thought so and they had the luxury of starting with a blank slate.

Don't get me wrong I don't shed a tear for terrorists or soldiers from other nations who intend to do us harm. For example I did cheer when Sadam was hanged.

I never doubted it. Our posting histories have overlapped for many years.
Still, how could we, in practical terms, rehabilitate a society that turns children into suicide bombers?

What it actually comes down to is whose foot is wearing the ass-kicking boot.

Welcome to planet Earth; it's full of people.
I suppose the church-going among us have the luxury of hoping Providence knows Its own and takes sides.
Otherwise, I'm not seeing much of anythng else.

We can't. That's something that Uncle Eg0 doesn't understand. He says he want's to sit down and talk with the leaders of terrorist nations under the false assumption that they want peace as much as we do. They don't want peace with us. They want us dead.

You cant, change has to come from within.
-

And what are you willing to risk in the meantime?
How many innocent lives will you pay until this great self-awakening takes places?
I'm not trying to be cruel towards you but people who don't deserve to die are dying here and now at the hands of children raised to do nothing else but hate.

I'm not saying what we are doing is wrong I just said I dont get all warm and fuzzy when lots of people are killed.

Warm and fuzzy?
That's what bunnies do best!
Still, you should never cry when a man gets what he asks for with all his heart, soul and mind. Weeping for the lost grants Hell tyranny over Heaven.
