Comparing her to Harriet Miers is a joke and anyone who does so should be banned from ever forming an opinion again.

It worked well for his campaign , election and many of his ideas, so far. If you don't heap praise upon him and his ideas, then you are a racist.

I was wondering when someone would bring this up. Thing is, Miguel Estrada was for the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, not the SCOTUS (yet).

First of all, 'hispanic' is a classification full of NATIONALITIES whose race is anything from caucasion to Native American to black. 'Hispanic' is not a race and I'm sick and damn tired of it being talked about as if it is. I have 'hispanic' friends who look more caucasian then I do.
Secondly, just because someone is a 'minority' does not mean that any criticism of them is then 'racist'. Now, if someone choose to criticize them based on their race then that would be racist, however criticizing the way they think, their decisions is not. This would seem elementary, but apparently DUmmies think that being a 'protected class'(and a liberal) protects you from criticism of any kind. This notion needs to continue to be dispelled with vigor.
Finally, if this woman is hostile to caucasians, then she has no place on the bench. Her hatred and disdain brings into question her ability to apply the rules(that would be the Constitution DUmmies) equally to other races besides her own. It makes her tainted on any issue argued based on race if she is a racist herself. If one would not put a white on the bench who was prejudice for that reason, then a 'hispanic' should also be ditched for the same reason(but we know that won't happen since they elected an elitist half-black racist to the highest office in the land). I always find it laughable how they consider any number of what they see as downtrodden ie homeless, minorities, gays as somehow capable of rising human nature that caucasians, men, heterosexuals, Christians can not. :whatever:
BTW, I'm curious how they can even whisper their racist/sexist meme after how badly they treated Condi Rice and Sarah Palin. Both were routinely criticized based on either/both race or their gender.
I often wonder if DUmmies have any introspection at all. Do they ever see their inconsistencies in their thoughts? How can someone claim to be bright and articulate and intelligent and not examine their own thought processes on occasion? *shrug*

It probably depends upon the area or region where one is born and raised.
Here in Nebraska, broadly, generally, it's 30% Danish derivation, 30% German derivation, and 30% Irish derivation, all other ethnicities the other 10%.
I grew up around the Danish- and German-derived.

This is the same bunch giving Biden a pass for making fun of Hussein's teleprompter. I don't think Biden said anything bad, but I wish consistency wasn't too much to ask of a DUmbazz. I guess if they weren't hypocrites they wouldn't be DUmbazzes though.
