HAZLET, N.J. – The owner of a New Jersey pest control company has been charged with animal cruelty after a squirrel was found dead in a rooftop trap.
...
Buck faces four counts of animal cruelty, including one that cites her for not providing the squirrel with adequate food, water and shelter.
What part of 'pest' and 'control' do they not understand?

Jersey is out of control on this, they need to euthanise the Humane society and some local prosecutors.  There have been equall stupid cases over people offing pigeons and rats.
