On Wed, May 20th, the New York Times ran an article, which MSNBC put on its website, about an unreleased Pentagon report that claims about 1 out of every 7 released detainees have "returned to terrorism or militant activity." I had one immediate concern after reading the article and that was that it never defined the term; rejoins fight. I contacted the Pentagon this morning, requesting a definition, and just received a pdf...

A DIA report dated May 12, 2008 cites the figure of 36 ex-GTMO men "confirmed or suspected" of having returned to terrorism... with Kuwaiti ex-detainee Abdallah Salih Al-Ajmi's confirmation of suicide bombing in Iraq, the figure is 37.
The number of former Guantanamo Bay (GTMO) detainees confirmed or suspected of returning to terrorist activities is about 7 percent of those transferred from U.S. custody. The identified rate of reengagement over three years of tracking has remained relatively constant between 5 and 8 percent.
sounds like the Pentagon confirmed the numbers...

One wonders why this concern, when there's so many jobless, so many broke, so many hungry, so many homeless, in the 0bamareich tonight.

DUmmy Rustynumbers demonstrates that, even in the Obamareich, it's okay to accuse America of lying to continue its oppression of those lovable ragheads.
I'm sure that if these lovable ragheads were allowed to accept the DUmmy offer of residency, they would do all in their power to reduce the number of broke, hungry, homeless people infesting the Obamareich.
