And it's a picture perfect day!
NO activiteis for the kids planned tonight...what an oddity!
Going to do the mean mom thing, and once everyone is home, I'm gonna crack the whip and we are going to have a cleaning party...rooms and all have gotten out of control with how busy we've been...tonight, we are going to take care of it!
Baseball tournament tomorrow for the young one, but I'll miss the first game. I start selling tickets for dance recital tomorrow. Regular game for the older boy, then after all that, we'll go down and watch the tournament.

Same 'ol S... here. Looking forward to the long weekend. I need a break from work.
A week from today my company will layoff another 22 folks. This one's gonna hurt...we're losing some really good ones this time. :bawl:

We're still recovering from our layoffs from about a month ago. Everybody is feeling the pressure of increased work, and I feel like so much is getting behind, and I hate that :( Today though, I'm planning on finishing my last overdue project, so that I'll have a nice clean sheet where I just have too much current work :cheersmate:
I went to a training session with my boss yesterday for something new, so it will be nice to add a little more variety to my work load, it makes the work day so much more interesting.

After 24 days of Advanced 'Space' school I'm done graduated. F**k me.
We have a four day this weekend-
This afternoon we have flag plantings in a could of cemeteries.
Tomorrow a ceremony at Ft. Carson.
Sunday after Church is Memorial Services at quite a few locations.
Monday is VFW and DAV events, and a BBQ in the evening on post.
