So is “God” an American, or what?
As an orthodox agnostic, perhaps I’m not the best person to ask that question. But based on recent history, it seems to me that any “God” that may exist must be an American.

Exhibit 1: Only an “American God” could make Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld appear to be members of the human species.

Exhibit 2: Aside from a few “bad apples,” no American is likely to be held responsible for crimes against humanity. Only an “American God” could make that happen.

Exhibit 3: George Jr. murdered countless human beings, and made billions for American businesses by allying himself with this “American God.”

So my theory is that “God” is either an American, or doesn’t give a rat’s ass about what happens on this planet, or doesn’t exist.

If you have a different theory, I’d love to hear it.

By the DUmmie "theory of murder", 0Bama is just as guilty as President Bush.  0Bama is the one concentrating on Afghanistan/Pakistan, and how many innocents have been killed there since 01/20/2009?

Now it seems if I go, it is only to please my wife or make her feel ok like the way things used to be but in order to do that, I have to psych myself up first so that I will not be in a bad mood the rest of the day.

To the charge that DUmmies are both anti-American and anti-God we have a signed confession.

He must be American and a bleeding heart liberal one at that. Because if he wasn't he would have already cleansed his most blessed nation, the shining city upon a hill, of you damn DUmmies.

Oh my.

One has to look at this from Oscar Wilde's point of view, the large-proboscised primitive's point of view.

Oscar Wilde once had a good job on Wall Street, being one of these young guys running from post to post with messages on the main floor of the stock market.

Oscar Wilde was treated very well, making more money than many his own age and background and experience, but then one sunny afternoon, simply walked off the job.

Oscar Wilde is allegedly a veteran of military service, but I'm not sure--yet--where this fits in.

Oscar Wilde lives in Florida, where he apparently works for a private contractor for a governmental agency.  Don't quote me on this, as I'm only 67-75% sure, not 100% sure.

Oscar Wilde, originally from either Staten Island or New Jersey, loathes and detests Florida, and the affection and acceptance of Floridians.  Oscar Wilde really loathes Florida and Floridians.  Oscar Wilde's complaints about Florida and Floridians would probably comprise, I dunno, six or seven 500,000-word books.

Because of budget cuts and the in-general state of this lousy 0bama economy, Oscar Wilde is being faced with the possibility of being laid off.

Oscar Wilde sees this as a bad thing; franksolich sees this as a good thing.

If laid off, Oscar Wilde would have to move back in with his parents, up there in Staten Island or New Jersey.  Oscar Wilde doesn't like Florida and Floridians anyway, so that's good for him.

And as for Florida and Floridians, the departure of Oscar Wilde from their hospitable arms would be a relief, they no longer having to deal with an ungrateful asshole in their midst.

It's a win-win situation for both Oscar Wilde and Florida.  Nobody loses.

And hence Oscar Wilde's current contempt for God, and all that is good and decent in the world.  Oscar Wilde is just really terribly horribly unhappy, which makes one negative about things.

They do seem awfully angry and frightened of an entity that they claim either doesn`t exist or has no power over them.

What on earth is an "Orthodox Agnostic"?  Orthodox either means "Right Belief" or "Right praise" depending on the translation.  If you are agnostic, you are basically saying that you don't know what to believe, so how can you say you have the right belief?  Also, you probably aren't praising any deity if you are Agnostic, so the 2nd translation doesn't work either.

Silly DUmmies, sticking important sounding words in your names for your self does not make your agnosticism any more unique or important.  :p
