still alive, no visable injury.  Can't just leave it to starve or suffer,  but no friggin clue what to do with it, either!

No nest around anywhere to put it in?

My cats bring me gifts all the time, but they're almost always dead.

My littlest cat was stalking a big old turkey the other day.  It was pretty funny.  She is 5lbs or less, this bird was probably 20lbs.   I don't know what she thought she going to do if she caught it.

There are probably 20 nests in the trees out back, but no idea where this one came from.   Calling the humane society and vet to see if anyone can offer any help.

Sage and a little parsley.

Should just about fit on a cracker.

Found a Wildlife Rehabilitor about 20 miles away, and took the little bird there.  She was totally set up for taking care of all sorts of critters and had it fed and bedded down in about 30 seconds after I got there.  I'll send her a donation as way of saying thanks.
