Title: Stimulus checks for dead people..

Dead people get checks (http://www.myfoxny.com/dpp/your_money/consumer/090514_Dead_People_Get_Stimulus_Checks)

Probably got the names from dem voter registrations.   If they can vote, then I guess they should get a check.

The check usually precedes the vote for dims.

This is to ensure that they vote Dim for the next time.
