I suppose it had been rather too long without any of the Balkan states (or protostates) bouncing up and down on the bed and screaming "Hey! lookit me!"

What's the libertarian response?

They romanticize secession, revolutions and rebellions but Kosovo could never withstand a determined Serbian response. However, they also reject the brute force of raw numbers alone. Yet, the only thing holding the Serbs in check is the threat of a US response; which naturally they despise because of their isolationist bent.

It must be hard.
