MILTON - A month after they arrested him on drug and weapons charges, Santa Rosa County sheriff's investigators still have questions.
The first is: Who is Victor Aleman Jr.?
Deputies have his Jeep, which was packed with cash and some cocaine. They have a large kitchen knife found behind Aleman's driver's seat.
They also have his cell phone - and on it, a photo of four severed heads resting on a table.
"We really don't know what basis it has," sheriff's Sgt. Scott Haines said Wednesday. "He was asked about it. I can't go into details, obviously. I wouldn't say it surprised us."
Aleman, 26, a suspected illegal alien identified by a revoked Texas driver's license, is being held in the Santa Rosa County Jail without bond. He faces charges for reckless driving, cocaine possession, resisting arrest and carrying a concealed weapon.

I think this gives law enforcement agencies a very good reason for high speed chases even for a traffic violation.

"Well Watson, you liberal DUmmie, what can you inferr from the evidence?"
"Well Holmes, there's a knife, pictures of severed heads, he entered the country illegally ....I'd say he's a fundamentalist christian capitalist from England bent on terrorist activities.....and worst of all, probably a Methodist at that"
