The Volokh Conspiracy (http://volokh.com/posts/1241122059.shtml) has some interesting thoughts on this bill.

This bill could be interpreted to make all of us criminals, for what we say about the DUmmies, not to mention 0Bama himself and other politicians.

Tie this together with the bill giving 0Bama authority over the internet.

I believe there ought to be some limits on cyber-bullying, but this reads in direct conflict of the 1st Amendment. Anybody could sued just on the fact that someone may have suffered some sort of emotional distress. Harass someone to the point of suicide, then MAYBE some form of legal action. Other than that, people need to learn not to take the net so seriously.

Lori Drew did more than cyberbullying how I see it. That rotten bitch is a scumbag of the lowest denominator. She is got to be the most worthless person besides Fred Phelps, Michael Crook, Bernard Madoff, and Osama bin Laden.

Can we add Colin Powell to that list also?  He is also saying that the GOP needs to move to the center .
