Guess who was at tonight's Giants game?!

Barry Bonds, who made an appearance in the TV booth at one point!

I recorded the game because I was watching hockey and just watched what happened.

But what a pleasure it was to see the all-time home run king back at the stadium!

I look forward to when he's acquitted and the prosecution issues an apology.

1. The apology for wrongful accusation of roid use or the mistress?

2. How great was it to see Barry cheered and to hear the fans chant his name?....

Let the rest of the country give credence to rumor and innuendo, they don't matter...nothing more than sour grapes anyway.

The HR king will live forever in the hearts and minds of true Giants fans everywhere.

3. oh boy!

I know I want to go waste my precious money on a washed up mysogynistic lying self centeredMILLIONAIRE bastard who could give a rats ass about anyone but themselves--everything I despise in humanity. I'm not sure I'd even go for free.

Paying money to see a jackass..so not worth it to me.

Barry Bonds isn't a hero...People like Stephen Hawking, who is very ill...IS.

4. I've got news for you

this is the sports forum...If you want to praise Hawking, whom I agree is a great man, there are other places for it.

As is, it truly warmed my heart to see Barry given such a warm reception...

There's photographs and news stories included in some of the comments of the primitives, but I didn't feel up to bringing them over here; just lazy, I guess.

Because after all, liberals don't need to be encumbered with silly things like rules and morals, now do they?

Yeah, I dunno about this Upton Sinclair primitive--never paid much attention before--but the cboy4 primitive's a big booster of Bonds.

I have no idea why; I haven't ever looked back that far to read the cboy4 primitive's justifications for being supportive of Bonds.

Not at this bonfire on Skins's island, but on others, to their credit, more than a majority of primitives strongly disapprove of Bonds.

I think Bonds is a cheat, a liar, a fraud.

But on the other hand, the cboy4 primitive knows more about sports than all the other primitives put together, and surely more than I do, and so I wonder what the cboy4 primitive knows that the anti-Bonds primitives and franksolich don't know.

Yet what upsets me just as much is not so much the fact that Bonds currently holds the HR record, but that he'll likely be replaced next by a person who has just as many allegations of juicing hanging around his neck like so many used D-Bol syringes.

Coach and Sparks, roids increase the force that one can have in the swing . . . but they can't increase the timing of the swing.  Meaning, the bat would be there at the same time if roids weren't in the equation--but it would be a slightly lighter bat.

I also think that Barriod Bonds should never see the inside of the HOF in Cooperstown, except as a visitor to the exhibits of those that are far more worthy, such as Hank Aaron.  Aaron got to where he did on sheer talent, plain and simple.

Force AND speed.  Yeah, you can have a great eye but never get past the warning track.

I remember the 2002 World Series.  That bomb Barroid launched over right field where Troy Glaus (if you could read lips) said, "I've never seen a ball go that far before"--remember that?  He was RIGHT.  NOBODY had ever put one over the RF pavilion.  EVER.  I was convinced even then he was on the juice.
