Does Bush still plan on retiring in Paraguay?
Or was that the soft landing place if he had been exiled?
Note: when I started copying-and-pasting this, one of the cats jumped on top of my hand on top of the computer mouse, causing that little blinking vertical line to move, and one primitive comment is out of chronological order here. I don't know which one, but given it's all jibber-jabber, it doesn't make any difference.

1. That was the place for him to build up his private gestapo and run rampant over Latin America.
It is also a start of the fresh water wars to come.

23. Went sent Rev. Moon troops to protect his lake in S. America. Do citizens know that? It is unconstitutional not to mention interfering in another countries private lands.

6. Do Paraguay's extradition laws cover international war criminals?
I suck at reading legal documents, but it seems like Bush wont be safe there. There are many exceptions to the law.

If you can't bribe you are in danger.

5. I wonder if he'll sell the Texas ranch the moment he leaves office
He bought it in August, 1999, on the eve of his run for office, as a prop to make him look like a cowboy.

11. Dubai the "port of war" is a very luxury place for the oil barons. They will run wars there for the power and profit of the few world government elite.

The Bush family have long tortured S.Americans. Will Lieberman be there to protect him?

10. I don't think so, too easy for the thousands of bounty hunters to get him there.
And they won't give a tinker's damn about any extradition treaties.

13. He won't be safe any where in the world
Just think we have to pay for his safety with our tax dollars. That is why we should impeach him. He has enough of our tax dollars in Cayman Island banks, etc.

12. Makes you sick don't it.
To know for a fact that he cannot be punished for what he has done. No matter what happens he will live in luxury for the rest of his life.
There is nothing anyone will ever be able to do that will bring him to a courtroom for a guilty verdict.
There are some who say that he is Innocent until proven guilty. Well we can at least prove one thing. This world is a much worse place directly because of him and I believe you could prove it in court.

The best that you could do is put him under siege.

15. I was wondering...
Didn't Bush say something about being able to "kidnap" anyone from any country whenever the US felt like it, regardless of extradition treaties? I think he was talking about hauling evil terrorists (FEAR!11!!!) off for torture. Do you think we could apply this to Bush if he absconds to Paraguay? I would love it if some of his new laws came back to bite him in the ass.

21. He got that idea from Israel who said they could arrest and remove any Israeli terrorist on our soil. Or anyone they considered a "danger" to their country. Our government was mute about it.

They are setting themselves up to be angry and miserable for the rest of their lives.
I think that is what their definition of happiness is.
Wonder what they would do if they realized that the hatred they feel is what they need to exist so in that respect President Bush is doing them all a favor.
Think their wee little minds could grasp it?

Neighbor, I've often said, of memebrs of the DUmp, "They're not happy unless they're not happy--and spreading their unhappiness to others."

They've got, collectively, two brian cells--each waving goodbye to the other. Not a chance.
