LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- Miss North Carolina Kristen Dalton may have been crowned Miss USA 2009 on Sunday, but on Monday, it was Miss California Carrie Prejean's answer to a question about same-sex marriage from celebrity blogger and pageant judge Perez Hilton that was the night's biggest story.
During the show, Perez asked Carrie, "Vermont recently became the fourth state to legalize same sex marriage. Do you think every state should follow suit? Why or why not?"
"Well I think it's great that Americans are able to choose one or the other. Um, we live in a land that you can choose same sex marriage or opposite marriage and, you know what, in my country and in, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman," Carrie said to a mix of boos and applause. "No offense to anybody out there. But that's how I was raised and that's how I think that it should be between a man and a woman."

I am, too. Good for her. What is some fruity little cupcake doing judging Miss America, anyway? The people that run the competition must be as retarded as the IOC.
-
Perez is just upset that he can't fit into her dress.
I loved her dress, when she walked out spreading the slit I could see her sequin undergarments. :-)

Hi,
This morning on Fox they reported that the gay guy posted a blog that sad the reason she lost was "She is a dumb blonde bitch" or something like that. Sounds pretty realistic coming out of the guys typewriter considering the circumstances.

... the gay guy posted a blog that sad the reason she lost was "She is a dumb blonde bitch" ...
You mean the guy who asked the question is a homo who's a loud-mouthed drama queen? Wow, what a surprise.
.
-
Lessee....yeah....manufactured outrage. Why was the question asked at all if the "wrong" reasonable answer was going to incite phony rage? Publicity? A chance to make an example out of the girl?
Or is it a case of too much confidence in the Queer Cause? Is it assumed the "proper" answer is so ingrained in our collective psyches that it never crossed the judge's warped brain that he may not get the answer he just knew was coming?
-
I'm glad she had the courage to say what she really thinks, undoubtedly fully aware the gallery and judges' bench were packed with flaming poufs. She deserves the crown for character let alone basic hawtness.

Just testing the success of liberal school system.......the school system failed.
-
Prejean would pwn that little fag in a stand-up fight.
-
It gets worse. Perez has now called her a c***. The head of the Miss California whatever, has publicly said they
are saddened at MS Cali's answer. NBC ran the show and they haven't said anything. Neither has the Ms USA pageant people.
War on traditional values? Nahhh....

The 4th hr of the Today show is Hoda Kotb and Kathy Lee Gifford. They did talk about it this morning. Both agreed that the girl should be applauded for stating her true beliefs rather than taking the politically correct phrase, particularly since she represented California.
The women also commented on how some people wanted to be able to express whatever they believed, yet criticized others for not believing the same way and saying how wrong they were when they didn't agree. Both women thought Perez was wrong for even asking the question, and criticized his behavior since regarding the girl's answer.
-
I saw the little faggot ask his question...................naw, not loaded at all...
:bird: ya you, ya little faggot.
-
I'm still trying to figure out why that little shitpacker had any business being on that show.
-
I'm still trying to figure out why that little shitpacker had any business being on that show.
Because the only individual more critical of a woman than herself.....is a gay guy.
-
I'm still trying to figure out why that little shitpacker had any business being on that show.
Anywhere there is femininity, especially in a 'Glamorous' sense, the flamboyant fags will pack in to try and absorb the essence of it. A perverse combination of identification with it, and their need to usurp it from the actual women.
-
Oh, what would Anita Bryant be thinking today? Then again, today they probably wouldn't let her anywhere near a beauty pageant.
-
One quick question, why was this butthole intruder a judge in the first place.Another question who in the hell is he anyway?
-
I've been looking at his blog today... he is such a frickin' CRY BABY! He just won't let it go. :hammer: Every other post he makes involves him on various talk shows discussing the "controversy." And there have been some other gays who have admitted to being embarrassed by Perez's antics. :lmao:
Perez thinks this might be a good thing for his "cause" but there appears to be a backlash brewing against him because of this. :evillaugh:
He's also been posting the e-mails,phone numbers and employers of people who have sent him critical e-mails regarding his behavior. Typical liberal.
-
I cannot stand Perez! A couple of years ago, he posted photos of Down's Syndrome children taken at a horse ranch. He wrote all sorts of crude captions on the photos and sparked quite a bit of outrage. Someone linked to his disgusting stuff on a non-political board I used to belong to. The messageboard admin took the time to notify the ranch in question and I think they forced him to take them down.
What a vile pig.
-
Don't know who Perez Hilton is. Don't know why I should care.
Would Google it, but that would require giving a sh*t about what the ignorant rump ranger has to say.
-
Miss California is just the latest victim in a long line of Proposition 8 supporters who have been blackballed, harassed and viciously attacked by left-wing smearmongers.
-
Another queen being a drama queen. Sucks for you, dude.
-
The bitchy little queen called Miss California a "stupid bitch" in his blog. He's always hateful and spiteful - they lost on prop 8 and haven't stop crying about it and probably never will.
They should only have former winners (state or national) to be the judges of these beauty contests, not some jealous homosexual blogger who's out to push an agenda. Poor Miss North Carolina, the winner, she's being overlooked. :(
-
There may be one bright side to this. It may drive up the page views for the little fudge packer's web site. Which means that more people will see his rant calling her a stupid bitch, and will see the tolerance from the left first hand.

I was reading some of the tweets about this "controversy" over on Twitter. I lost count of the number of twitterers who screeched, "The majority of Californians support gay marriage!"
It's like November didn't happen. :mental:
Other people have pointed out that the gays' hero, Obammy, has also said that marriage should be between a man and a woman.
Is Perez condemning him? Of course not.
Perez is just pissed that he got owned on national television by a woman whose smart, cute, and classy--everything he wishes he could be.
-
TMZ (http://www.tmz.com/videos?autoplay=true&mediaKey=a8b115bb-6b53-4cf7-86e0-6439e56bb803) has footage of an interview she did on the Today show. She's not backing down from what she said. I'm so proud of her.
-
I have seen several comments that she is the real winner and Perez is just the big whiner, and is just hurting the gay agenda with his continued attacks.
-
Prejean fielded a question during Sunday night's pageant from celebrity blogger Perez Hilton about whether every state should legalize same-sex marriage. Prejean replied that she is opposed to gay marriage, and her answer may have cost her the crown. She finished second to Miss North Carolina Kristen Dalton.
Hilton, who is gay, said he gave Prejean a zero for her answer, and that may have made the difference in the outcome.
Prejean, who attends San Diego Christian College, said she saw the question as a test of her faith — a religious trial that could have her finishing in the money, if she decides to sue.
"It's her religious beliefs which prompted her to say 'I don't believe in same-sex marriages.' So she was espousing her beliefs," and could sue for a violation of Title VII, which forbids discrimination on the basis of religion.

This could get interesting.
-
This could get interesting.
But other legal experts say the suit would be dismissed as frivolous because there was no government involvement in the contest and no violation of rights in that private enterprise.
"The First Amendment insulates interference with religion from the government — it does not insulate religious interference with anyone else," said Judge Andrew Napolitano, senior legal analyst for FOX News. "I don't think the litigation would get to first base."
I would side with Judge Napolitano on this. It's a private enterprise, so no right was violated. It doesn't make Penis Hilton any less of a dick head , though.
-
Ah. I hadn't seen that. He has a point.
Another Miss USA judge says Miss California gave wrong answer (http://vegasblog.latimes.com/vegas/2009/04/another-miss-usa-judge-says-wrong-answer.html)
"As she continued to speak, I saw the crown move further & further away from her. When she finished, she looked strangely proud for a moment. Personally, I was STUNNED on several levels. First, how could this young woman NOT know her audience and judges? Let's not forget that the person asking the question is an openly gay man, at least 2 people on the judges panel are openly gay. Another judge has a sister in a gay marriage. Her very own state pageant director, KEITH LEWIS is an openly gay man who has been a very generous benefactor of hers...in many ways. (2 ways in particular....if you get my drift??) Did I mention I was STUNNED?"
Liberal lesson #1: Change your views to suit whatever audience you happen to be in front of at the moment.

another notable person who did as well...
Matt 19 4-6 (http://usccb.org/nab/bible/matthew/matthew19.htm)
4 He said in reply, "Have you not read that from the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female'
5 and said, 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'?
6 So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, no human being must separate."
-
While these judges and other Hollywood-types spew venom in her direction, she continues to act with class and dignity in every interview I've seen her in so far.
The liberals don't quite know what to make of it all.
They can sully her reputation all they want, and no doubt they will do everything they can to accomplish this, but this woman will come out clean on the other side because her beliefs are rooted in the unshakeable word of God.
Hollywood will never grasp this fact...He wins in the end, no matter how many tantrums they throw in this life. God still says it's wrong. Deal with it.
-
Liberal lesson #1: Change your views to suit whatever audience you happen to be in front of at the moment.
That quote is what is stunning. To be an saying out loud "she should have sold her principles to satan and lied through her teeth to win" is unbelievable. I guess she was saying being politically correct towards the radical homosexual agenda has more virtue than honesty. It's that kind of "black is white" crap that makes me want to go live on a deserted island.

Perez Hilton is a big tool on the same level as Michael Crook and Fred Phelps. He is one of the most hated person and for good reason. This guy is the King of Yentas for crying out loud. He is a scumbag of the lowest demoniator. His website is really unviewable, too much junk and coloring hurts your eyes, like his brain is made up of. Also, people who read their are utter morons with an IQ in the single digits. Who visit this crappy site?

Perez Hilton is what he is, a big whiny crybaby. He has to be the biggest one besides Bill Maher and Al Gore. In many ways, I think he will create a backlash.

What's his DU name?
His DU name is "I Am Big Loser Who Loves To Suck Fred Phelps's Cock".

And gays and lesbians wonder why straights can't find it in themselves to be tolerant of their bull$hit.
They want tolerance from us, but they won't show tolerance to us.
GOD HAS A CURE FOR THIS = AIDS

This clip is well worth spending the time to watch. If you watch it all the way through it shows the grace and class of Miss Prejean. It also shows the truth about liberalism. Liberalism is all about "ME". No one else matters but "ME". It doesn't matter what you believe you should listen to "ME".
In the clip you will see/hear Perez Hilton say "I personally would have appreciated it had she left her politics and her religion out".
And you will hear him say "I don't want her talking about Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, because that's offensive..."

Why didn't Perez leave his politics and lifestyle out? In fact, I wonder why a gay man was even on the judge panel for a woman's beauty contest in the first place?
Whatever. Good for Carrie for speaking out and not retracting her statements!

Looks like public opinion is in favor of Carrie Prejean
"On a more serious note: the vitriolic response by Joe Solomonese and others mischaracterizing the millions of people who have these concerns expressed in our ad as ‘liars and bigots’ only tends to confirm our main message: same-sex marriage is not about tolerance, it’s about using the power of law to impose a new morality on an unwilling American people."
But the tide of public opinion may be turning in Prejean's favor.
Her grandmother has blasted her critics, especially Perez Hilton.

Miss California Carrie Prejean scheduled for Dove Awards
Miss California Carrie Prejean has been confirmed as a presenter for Thursday night’s Dove Awards show, which airs live from the Grand Ole Opry House at 7 p.m. on the Gospel Music Channel.
Prejean, who was crowned runner-up during Sunday night’s Miss USA pageant, made national news after judge Perez Hilton asked her about her stance on legalizing gay marriage. She replied that that “marriage should be between a man and a woman.â€
News stories following the pageant reported Prejean thinks she would have won the title had she answered the question differently. Yet she has stood by her response, telling host Matt Lauer on Tuesday’s NBC’s Today that she spoke from the heart.

And the Stupid train keeps on a'rolling...
The Miss USA contestants from the four states that allow same-sex marriage say Miss California should have been more politically correct and socially aware when she was asked for her thoughts on the issue during the nationally televised pageant on Sunday.
Miss Massachusetts Alison Cronin told FOXNews.com she was "shocked" when Carrie Prejean, 21, told Miss USA judge and celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton that she believes marriage should be "between a man and a woman."
"It's really hard to think that people still think that way," Cronin said. "But at the same time, there's a lot of girls in pageants who wear their religion on their sleeve. If that's what she thinks, I give her credit for expressing that, but that's not how I feel."

Are Hollywood Celebrities Helping Or Hurting The Gay Rights Movement?
By Meghan Chavalier
Stopping The Hate
April 23, 2009
With the most recent debacle known as Miss Gay USA the gay community was confronted with the horrible revelation that a beauty pageant contestant didn't agree with gay marriage when asked by celebrity judge Perez Hilton what she thought about same sex marriage. The next day it was all over the news, you couldn't access any news media outlet without seeing the video from the contest. The aftermath? Having to listen to Perez Hilton talk about it over and over again on every news program he could find, hearing Miss California talk about how she stands by her answer to the question on every news program she could find. It can only be summed up in one word...ridiculous.
The last time I checked Perez Hilton was a gossip columnist who has made a career out of other people's pain and suffering. He has "outed" many gay people, who may not have wanted to come out of the closet. He doesn't speak for me as a gay activist and I'm sure many of you feel the same way. He is someone who milks the media to get his name in the papers and nothing more. Another celebutard trying to become famous. Rarely does Perez Hilton ever publish anything on his website that is positive for the gay community, unless he's outing someone or talking about how hot someone looks half naked. Until this week, he didn't have any gay agenda, unless it had to do with himself. Don't buy into the hype, because the only thing you're doing is feeding his ego, and the last thing we need is another celebrity with a bigger head.
Do I care if Britney Spears stands behind gay marriage? No. It doesn't matter to me. What matters to me is that our government realizes that under the Constitution of the United States of America we are all guaranteed the same equal rights.
Full Article (http://stoppingthehate.com/News-Article1300_Are_Hollywood_Celebrities_Helping_Or_Hurting_The_Gay_Rights_Movement_Perez_Hilton_Carrie_Prejean_Ashton_Kutcher_Angelina_Jolie_Jennifer_Aniston_Octomom_By_Meghan_Chavalier.htm)
===============================================
Even gays hate Perez Hilton. They think he is wrong too. They even think he is hurting them as well. I don't think Perez Hilton is really gay, he just says it. He is a closeted heterosexual as is Fred Phelps is a closeted homosexual. He is a failed actor who fails at everything.
-
Hey Perez, you just took a step back for fags :lmao: :loser:
Great way to gain compassion for your cause...call other's names because they disagree....I think you just screwed it for yourself dumbass... :gay2:
-
Hilton is so flamboyant about being gay that he is actually not gay. He is a closeted heterosexual. It's like that King of the Hill episode, where Bill worked at a hair dressing place and he acted flamboyantly gay. I have friends who are gay and they are not that flamboyant about it. Perez Hilton has a YouTube account and he is overwhelmingly being attacked for it.
-
Maybe someone should remind Perez that the ONLY reason gay marriage is legal in ANY of the four states is not because of the will of the people, but because of activist judges. Also remind him that in every single instance where the marriage definition has been put to the people, gay marriage has been voted down or marriage defined as one man, one woman--every single time.
And frankly, what the hell has he ever done of worth? The only thing he's famous for is showing tasteless photos of celebrity crotches with captions written on them. Note that I said famous for, not worth.
