Apparently the Police in Brisbane, are just unaware of what a gun looks like.  Than again, perhaps that's a good thing?   :uhsure:

A YOUNG driver has demanded an apology from police after being arrested and handcuffed because an officer believed his steering wheel lock was a gun.

The kid brought a Club^tm to a gun fight?  I know it wasn't a gun fight, but that's the only way the joke works. :)

Idiots like that should have been weeded out of the force during their training.

I will note in passing that Queensland cops have a reputation for being a bit over the top at times- It comes from having to deal with, umm , Queenslanders.  :-)
