Wooooo! :-)
-
One of the few golf tournaments I watch!
-
Tiger five shots back. He had some really good opportunities to be at 4- or 5-under but blew it on 11, 12, 16, 17 and FLEW THE GREEN on 18.
This is NOT the Tiger I'm used to.

Sparky, I have a feeling that Tiger will be there when Sunday afternoon rolls around . . .

He kind of was around. I didn't finish playing myself until around 2:00, and was told that Phil shot a 30 on the front. Even as the coverage continued to focus on El Tigre' and Phil, I said several times that this was going to come down to Perry, Cabrera, Campbell & Furyk, as they still had the back nine to play. There were obviously plenty of opportunities for scoring on nearly every hole (maybe not 10 & 11), and it was one of the more memorable Sundays at Augusta. I felt a little bad for Perry as that may have been his last shot at winning a major, but Cabrera is a worthy champion.

Ahh, I was too busy to drive the 6 miles to the National during the tournament. :uhsure:
