You're the boss; you're the one who's supposed to be congratulating the underlings.
If the underlings dared compliment you, it would smack of rear-end-kissing, and we can't have that.

Me too! I think the whole congrats for 1000, 5000, 10,000 posts and so forth is just silly. A better thing would be to give "reputation points" for good posts with a little indicator under the posters avitar that shows his/her total reputation be it good or bad. The RonBots and such could be readily identified also.
You guys familiar with that setup?

w00t threads are completely harmless, and plenty of people like them. but the fact that we don't seem to be as prone to w00t at milestones as at the other place doesn't bother me either.

On a thread somewhere we established the post-count for "relevant" but I think that was to help us weed out the vulture droid ronbots that hitched a ride over here from TOOS.
