She just needs to be made to see the beauty of Spam!

Try making her some Spam Alfredo.

Show her how classy it can be. :-)

Spam sushi... Hmm, not so sure about that.

What the hell, I'd try it.

I have--damn tasty, actually.

And let's face it--you can't live in Hawaii for more than a week without eating:

Spam at least once for breakfast and lunch (spam and eggs...mmmmm)
Plate lunch (two scoop rice, one scoop macaroni, moha ono grinds, brah!)  BTW--L&L was "da bomb"
Ahi poke--basically raw tuna with some soy sauce, green onions, sesame seeds, ginger, red pepper, and garlic

What is moha ono?

Pidgin--local speak.  Moah is kinda like "more", ono is Hawaiian for "good".

You know you've gone to the dark side (so to speak) when you walk into a bar full of tourists and tell the bartender, "Eh, brah, we need dakine so we can suck 'em up, bruddah!" and he knows exactly what you're talking about, but the tourists look at you like you're on crack.
