You are comparing apples to oranges. Dolphins are mammals, while ptarmigans are birds. Ptarmigans are not dumb as one would think because they have a wide range in the Arctic tundra. Sure, they fall easily to prey and are hunted by humans. But they still prevail and that is success to me.
