10 Kids Sickened at Arkansas Daycare After Mistaking Wiper Fluid for Kool-Aid (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,509098,00.html)
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Ten children drank windshield wiper fluid after a staffer at an Arkansas day care served it from a container mistaken for Kool-Aid and placed in a refrigerator, authorities said Friday.

I saw a follow-up on CNN... she went grocery shopping and put the washer fluid in her refrigerator when she was putting the food away. You'd think the childproof cap on the bottle of "juice" would have been a tip. :whatever:

Not to mention the poison control label that was probably on the bottle.
