Cocks, of Redhill, Surrey, admitted arson that recklessly endangered life and damaging a police cell after his arrest.

He was given a suspended 12-month jail sentence at Guildford Crown Court.

I'm just happy he wasn't wearing the stuff before he set a match to it.
