It's really interesting to see how the spending swelled from 2000-2006...with no outrage from the Republicans,I might add.
You can add it if you want, but we all know it isn't true. We've been screaming for years.

Seems you only have to declare war and then all the spending in the world doesn't count. But god forbid your are a Democrat and want to spend money in places other than just the military.
