Is anyone else getting tired of Republicans and the rich labeling themselves as "The Achievers"...
and "The Earners"?
I can't believe that more people don't take umbrage to the fact that they are being insulted by this arrogance.
This is what we SHOULD be doing. If they want to view themselves as 'intellectuals' then we should be portrayed as the achievers/earners.
This one should go over well.

9. Yes. Especially those who claim they are 'self-made'.
NOBODY has ever gotten anywhere in this world without some advantages. Being born a white male in this country is a huge head start. Family wealth, enough money to go to college, and the Old Boy's network has propelled many people beyond where they would be if life was fair.
Not to mention the advantages of the 'socialist state' (sarcasm), including medical care, clean water, safe food, etc. etc. etc. etc.
I forgot that huge head start I got as a lower middle class white male when I tried to get college assistance in the 70's. There was no money in the budget for college and being a white male the government certainly wasn't going to give me any. I worked every job I could get so that I could make it through those four years.
Then there were the 'minority only' recruitment fairs held by many of the larger employers so that they could get their EEO rating up. So what if you're in the top 10 of your class, you're the wrong color to get a job.

Dear DUmmy......Life isn`t "fair",it never has been and it never will be.
Those that can accept that and get over it are destined to be achievers.
Those that spend their lives whining about it will end up being considered a waste.
You know which one you are.

The difference is really between those who think they need a handout and those who know they don't. There is always work that needs doing, and achievers and earners find it.
Intellectual DUmmies sit at the base of the mountain debating why the mountain is there, demanding it bow down to them, or that it get them a work free ride to the top.
Achievers and earners are busy climbing it just to say they did.

Says the DUchebag living of state assistance(s).

Yeah, just because the rich pay the vast majority of the taxes, and, btw, contribute the most to charities, yeah, they shouldn't call themselves "Earners".

You need to put one more 'pie' on there ..... one with a big ZERO in taxes paid ..... this would reflect the DUmmies and their ilk.

I would add that you need to use the "O" that the Obama campaign has as their logo.

I'd climb it just to throw rocks at them from the top....

Is anyone else getting tired of Republicans Democrats labeling themselves as "The Achievers", and "The Earners" "the Workers" and "the Taxpayers", or even "the Relevant"?
Fixed.

So you'd rather me lie and say that I'm not an achiever, that I'm not one who trusts in their own ability to see my way through rather than turning to DC to take care of me from cradle to grave?
The "arrogance" comes from those who believe themselves to be the "intelligensia" when that claim couldn't be further from the truth.

I saw a study that said Democrats actually make more money but that Republicans donate more than twice as much to charity.
2 Liberal myths busted in one go.
