Jury Convicts Man for Taped Sexual Attack on Toddler
LAS VEGAS — A man who was tracked down after a video of him sexually assaulting a 2-year-old girl was found in the Nevada desert was convicted Tuesday of that attack and another on a 6-year-old.
Chester Arthur Stiles remained sitting, showed no emotion and stared straight ahead as guilty verdicts were read against him for 22 felonies, including sexual assault.
He faces multiple life prison terms at sentencing, which was set for May 8.
"This guy is sick," juror Jeffrey Taube, 34, said later.
Nineteen of the charges stemmed from acts Stiles videotaped of himself with the 2-year-old sometime from April to August 2003. The jury somberly viewed the graphic homemade VHS tape late Friday in a hushed courtroom where the judge excluded the public but allowed five news reporters to remain.
Too bad the DP isn't an option for cases like this. :angryvillagers:

Creepy. Disgusting. Sick. <<<<and that's just the photo of this diseased f*ck.

Words fail me in this case.
There is no punishment for him that would be "too extreme", even the DP would be too humane....
The fires of Hell can't burn hot enough for him....
-
Oh yeah, DP......double penetration with hot pokers twice daily for life.....suits me.

It WILL be a DP case if he ever gets put into general population.
-
Why was there even a trial when there was video tape evidence? Couldn't he have resisted arrest and been fatally shot trying to escape?

Go figure. Their Lordships on the USSC declared it cruel and unusual for this shit.

Yeah . . . if he was shot with one of those 120-mm giant shotgun rounds that the Army and Marines are using in their M1-A1s in Iraq, for anti-sniper stuff. Multiple times. Or, shot up the asshole with a .22 LR--also multiple times.

He'll get the death penalty a la Jeffrey Dahmer mode.....bludgeoned to death by his own "peers".

Funny story there.
The guards hated his ass and hated that they were going to have to work their asses off trying to keep him alive if they ever dumped him in general pop.
Someone may have mentioned that it would be a shame if anything "Happened" to him and the lifer who actually wound up killing him might have been turned loose on a five gallon bucket of ice cream with a big spoon while he was in solitary after the act.
Like I said, just a funny story. :uhsure:

Let me have him for about 2 minutes.
I can save the state the funds to feed and house him.

I think that rape and escpecially child rape should be DP eligible.

Didn't the South Carolina legislature pass a law making it an option? I don't remember what happened to that bill.

IIRC correctly the SCOTUS has ruled such DPs unconstitutional.

As sick as his crime had been, I believe we should work on applying the death penalty to those who committed Murder 1 before that of rape. In fact, only 1 in 2,000 individuals convicted of first degree murder are executed, according to the UCMJ. Let's work on the execution of murderers before that of rapists, even child rapists.

The man has a valid point.

IIRC, Florida had such a law. Don't know about now.
