Title: It's Friday Night--Do you know where your drink is?
Post by: Chris_ on February 27, 2009, 09:07:14 PM
Anyone here tonight?

I'm having a late dinner. Cheese pizza from the best pizza joint in the city--Sardella's. And I'm drinking a California red wine...

The moon and Venus are gorgeous tonight. If you haven't stepped outside to see it, please do!

Its cloudy and going to be cold and rainy tomorrow if it doesn't snow or ice over.  I don't think I'll be seeing anything tonight.  I think I'm going to do burgers and fries when I get home tonight.  And beer.  Lots of beer.  It's been a shitty, stupid week.

I must have gotten stuck behind a bunch of drunks last night on the way home from work.  These people were all over the road.

Drunks on a Thursday night? Nothing makes sense anymore!

Just opened a bottle of Rising Moon spring ale... after spending an hour on the phone with my mom discussing my taxes, I need it. :p

Getting a refund from Uncle Zero?

Getting a refund from Uncle Zero?

Yeah, I am.   I just hate all the paperwork.  Because I invested in mutual funds for my college tuition (plus my credit union savings account... documenting the interest earned and all that jazz), I have all this BS extra paperwork to do. :(

It's crap like that that makes me support the FairTax... :hammer:

It's quiet here tonight.

I visited my folks earlier in the evening and then went to Barnes & Noble before I grabbed my late dinner (which is awesome by the way).

I picked up the book Things That Make Us (Sic). It's sort of a snarky grammar guide. I'm looking forward to reading it.

I'm home from work... I have beer and fud.  And I finally realized why my left knee is sore.  Damn clutch.

But I gotta see how it ends!  I almost wish I hadn't watched the movie, but I still don't remember how it ends.  I don't think the movie had an ending... the story just kept going after the movie stopped.

I did a little partying with a couple girls from work. I worked until 10..then went out with them.

I had one drink.

I have to get up early, so I can be in Las Vegas at 8 AM for a class that I am taking for work.

I'm not really tired, and it's almost 1 AM

the last girl to check out my OkCupid profile looks like she has male-pattern baldness.  Should I be worried?

This made me think of the E*TRADE Baby Outtakes. Did you see them? In one of the clips, the baby says, "In her profile, it says she is 5'11" and I'm thinking, 'Yeah, in pounds maybe'."  :-)

Let me see if I can find the video.

Here it is:

Got off work early so me and the wife went to Old Chicago to go through the little "Mini Beer Tour" they have for St. Patty's Day. 3 more beers to go after last night.

Don;t they got an Old Chicago Pizza and Pub in Arizona? I thought they had a couple in Mesa and Tuscon. But no, ya drink 8 beers.... Harp, Guinness, Smithwick's, Killian's Irish Red, a couple others that vary by location, a "Blacksmith" which is a black and tan with Guinness and Smithwick's, an a "Blarney Stone" which would be a half and half with Guinness and Killian's... and a couple others, I forget, but the thing is, ya can only go for 4 beers a day and it started February 25th and goes until March 17th.

Not if she has been honest about every thing else.

My brother in law owned two of them, one they had to close.
