Welcome.

 :cheersmate:

When Camden yards was a new park, a bunch of friends and I went to a game. Afterwards, we spent an obscene amount of money at Pickles Pub, across the street.

This is a test, nothing malicious about it.

It's just to check out new members.

Who's the radio announcer for the Baltimore Orioles?

Good question, one I can't answer. They really haven't had anyone that will leave a legacy like Marty Brennaman did with the Reds or Jack Buck did with the Cardinals. I don't live in the area anymore but I still follow them. When I did live there Mel Proctor was the voice of the Orioles. Jim Palmer was the analyst. He left to take a job with the Padres and last I heard he was doing Nats games. John Miller also did a spell for them before leaving for the SF Giants and continued work with ESPN. I know Gary Thorne is affiliated with them from the fairly recent spat with Curt Schilling.

Thanks for the welcome everyone.
