My sister's high school has no record she ever graduated or even attended...
 Advertisements [?]She's planning on starting college this summer and requested her transcript. They told her that there is no record she ever attended. As far as they're concerned she never attended school there at all. This was over twenty years ago at a very small school.

Anyone know what her options are? Can she sue?

Hmmm If they never sent a record to the State board or whoever i'd say she was ****ed.

Sure, she can.  I didn't go to her HS either and even I can sue them for not having a record I attended there.

Why do they ask such stupid questions?

Oh FFS. All she needs to do is talk to the admissions office. Or that DUmmie Melanie. She seems pretty punchy with the lawsuits :-)

Smart money puts a huge bet on the DUmbass's sister went hunting for her record at the wrong HS.....and I'm sure drug usage has had nothing to do with her mistake.
