One bank card I will not be paying, will let them sue, try to serve me, then file bk KISS MY ASS YOU STUPID ****ING THIEVES!

1. I'm closing all my Chase stuff
For raising my rates when I've never been late and haven't even used their card for years.
I just hope that all the folks who got the rip-off ARMs can get their mortgages refinanced to fixed, affordable rates. Period.
And that we reregulate those banking bastardo thieves.

I know this is pretty advanced for any DUmmies who are lurking to understand but when you accept a credit card from a lender that piece of paper you sign is the terms the cardholder agrees to.
That includes waiving a low interest rate if you don`t pay on time,it is all spelled out.
If any changes occur to the credit policy you receive a letter explaining them and you then have the option to cancel or simply not use the card.
Bottom line is that once again (it is daily) you have shown yourselves to be the most ignorant,lazy,worthless cretins we have consuming resources in the country.
ps:**** you for making my expenses higher in taxes and goods to cover your dead ass.
The day may be coming when you will find that being a freeloader has consequences you are not prepared to deal with.

Well now, today marks the one-month anniversary of the 0bamareich, with only 47 more months to go.
It's been a long haul, everything constantly going downhilll, but I suspect the lonestarnut primitive's going to learn a lot of things have consequences.
And as old as the lonestarnut primitive is, she should've learned such lessons decades ago.

Wonder how it would feel if it saw someone who was making $50,000/year who was living in a $500,000 home because they were able to get into it because they had a 1.5% teaser interest into an ARM and figured they would improve their station in life before it adjusted.
If it saw this would it feel better about having to pay higher taxes to the $50,000/year buyer so they could continue to live in their half a million dollar home? This buyer wouldn't be able to afford this home at 'normal' interest of 5% but with the help of all of us they won't lose their home.

Actually it'll go to collections. And a BK will hang on your credit for a least a couple of years.
And on some level, I blame these credit card companies for giving cards to dolts who don't know how to handle money, like this lonestarnot primitive.

Just to add to what you said, the borrower is qualified at a higher rate than the "teaser rate." But it's true that many roll the dice expecting for more income, or hoping they can refinance at another "teaser rate" two years down the road.
And ARMs are pretty regional. Most of them were in California because of the price of housing. Other metro areas in the NE were good for ARMs.
