Economically, anything that has construction labor inputs could be called legit, because people will indeed earn paychecks building the damned things, and it does make more sense than including $200,000,000.00 worth of birth control stuff in it like San Fran Nan tried to do.

Now that's just technically speaking.  My gut and my inner cynic agree with mamacags, though, so the analyst is 'way outvoted.

I downloaded the HR1 bill (700 plus pages). I can't find any of these items listed in the bill using Adobe's search feature. Anyone else tried to see if any of the above items are true?

PS..looks like their are several revisions on gpo.gov...
