Gorgeous day here today. Mid 30's and things are melting for a change.
Met one of my brothers for lunch and brought home some Dunkin Doghnuts for the pack.
Going to a comic show tomorrow with said brother and meeting one or possibly two more there for some fun and lunch afters.
Pretty lazy day all things considered.
-
Was cold here today, and not an overly productive day. Went to the grocery store, but thats about it. Daughter's boyfriend is over, and everyone is watching Kung-Fu Panda.
Kids have been passing around a cold/sore throat thing, and I'm afraid I'm coming down with it...hope its just my imagination!
-
Not much happening here today. I had to remove a USB card that was making my PC freeze. And I did some work on my car.
-
It's been a nice lazy day. I slept in. I was supposed to go to my dad's and do my taxes, but he had to work today.
Anywho, I played some Mario Kart and watched some teevee.
The highlight, I've taken a shower and am getting ready to head over to a friend's house in a few minutes.
-
Slept in, finished my taxes, went out for steaks and baked potatoes with the whole family to celebrate dear ol' dad's 60th birthday.
The week is ending on a relatively high note, all things considering.
I'm excited for tomorrow. Church first followed by pizza, wings, and football with my sister, BIL, and nephews.
Going to be a fun day. Go Cards!

Woke up early and went to the gym.
Pondered gathering together my paperwork for taxes, became distracted by shiny things.
Had a very delicious antipasto salad and slice of pizza for lunch.
Picked up a new book, and skimmed a few magazines while at Borders.
Cleaned around the house a bit, and watched a movie. Guy Ritchie's newest; RocknRolla (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1032755/)

Home from work. I have to WORK during the Super Bowl! :censored: They changed my hours so that I'm a closer, not an early bird. :( Of course, most of the guys were allowed to work earlier in the day, while the women close. I thought my boss knew that some of us gals love football too (though I DO prefer college over pro). He is full of :bs: I shall plot my revenge against him. :hammer:
Otherwise, I've had an okay evening. :p

Bogus.
Your boss needs to treat the superbowl like Christmas and let folks work it out w/o letting gender get in the way. For what it's worth, guy's love girls who love football. Hope your revenge goes well. May a thousand flees attack the armpits of your boss!!

:lmao:
I may end up telling him that next time around, I won't root for the Gators, and will actually start rooting for the Dawgs. That'll get him riled up. :evillaugh: :uhsure:
I really don't have a dog in this particular fight, since my team blew it (Falcons) but I'd still enjoy watching the game regardless. :cheersmate:
