Good thing this happened in Russia, he probably won't be charged with anything.  If it was in the United States, then he'd be charged with manslaughter.  :whatever:

Maybe not.  Someone who uses his bare fists to protect his son is probably OK.  Even in our anti-straight-male court system you couldn't get a jury to convict him.
