I'm on my agency's IT Security list and just received the below message. For any of you with Monster.com accounts, or any of you that might use usajobs.gov, which is run by Monster, note that Monster is not letting their users know outside of their website. So FYI on the password change.
---------------------------------------------------
Monster.com And USAJobs.gov Database Breached (Again), Private Data Of Millions Stolen
http://cyberinsecure.com/monster-com-and-usajobs-gov-database-breached-private-data-of-millions-stolen/
Please pass along this warning from Monster.com which strongly urges users to change their login credentials immediately and to be on the lookout for phishing emails. The breach prompted this warning from USAJobs, which looks to Monster to run its website.
Monster.com has decided not to email or phone customers to warn them of the breach
Great!!! :(

I changed my passwords. Thanks for the heads up on this. It pisses me off
that they aren't going to send out an alert to let their customers know. Bad Form.
