Title: CAT to layoff 20,000

Caterpillar has plants all over the world....but since most of the reduction in orders seems to target large mining equipment....THAT'S USA....in the middle of Obama country.

Added-When Obama said he was going to bust the coal mining industry, wonder if he even gave a thought to what all that would entail.

Way back in the days of Clinton, Rush kept pointing out the the democrats want problems, as that is what gets them elected, not solutions.

He is going to go for 10% unemployment.  He want most of the jobs out there to be public sector jobs where he has the right to hire.
