My first inclination is that this is a joke...  it just lined up to well to not be.

But who knows.  Kids say/write the weirdest things.

Yea, I could almost believe it if it wasn't for the "legs strait up" part.

Why? I think "hores" can put their legs "strait up".............. but it'll cost ya.
