Oh my.

The primitives are so full of bad luck today; first, 0bama's not going to kill the Jews, and then 0bama's going to cut social security and medicare, and then the crooked tale primitive, and so on and so forth.

It couldn't be happening to a nicer group of peo--er, primitives.

So this guy in a parking lot backed up and hit my car and his insurance company is holding ME 50% responsible?

He hit ME. I was driving, he was backing up.

So I called my insurance company and they said if I pay my $500 deductible, they will go ahead and fix my car and go after the other insurance company to get my deductible back.

This is ridiculous. I get hit and I have to pay $500?!?

No wonder people hate insurance companies.

I'm, uh, a little suspicious of the "So....." that begins this tale.

But never mind; carrry on.

The dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher and other primitives discuss "no fault" insurance, and whether or not Kansas is a "no fault" state.  As it turns out, Kansas is.

But alas, as the story goes on, the accident was in Missouri, not Kansas, and Missouri is, apparently not a "no fault" state.

Boohoo for the dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher.

12. This guy admitted he was responsible to me and to the security officer

And then it turns out the fender-bender was on private property.....

I dunno.

Where's that romantic husband of hers when he's needed?

You're thinking of the greenbriar primitive, the one who's a teacher down in Wichita.

The dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher is up in Kansas City (Kansas), and is much older.

Sorry about that.  I can't keep the dummies straight.

Sorry about that.  I can't keep the dummies straight.

They are hard.

For the longest time, I thought the ThomWVA primitive was the ThomCat primitive.

It took a while, but the ThomWVA primitive's an old guy who likes great big huge diesel-guzzling pick-up trucks, and the ThomCat primitive one of the morose gay primitives, a short swarthy little guy.

I think my fellow alum Skins should regulate primitive screen names so they're easier to tell apart.  The primitives are always for increased regulations, so it should be okay if he did that.

Sounds normal.

These idiots view health insurance the same way.  To them, you're suppose to pay $300/mo for a family of four and the insurance company is suppose to pay for everything medical related, as though your $3600 a year in premiums will buy you $5000 worth of medical per year.  It's the "I paid $1 now take care of me for the rest of my life" loser mentality of the left.

I once had a guy slam into my car...in my driveway...at 3 AM.  Not only was I not driving it, I was in the house at the time.  I did get down the stairs and out the back door in time to throw a rock at the truck, and my neighbor got a good description of it for the police (year, make, that kind of stuff.)  However, when they found it, it turned out that the owner had ditched it at a friend's house and left town...probably because he thought he killed the guy he hit when he hit my car.

I had to pay the $1000 deductible, even though I was definitely not at fault.   She'll just have to suck it up and do the same.

Yep there are some things in life that suck and there always will be.

Having said that and like probably every other driver out there having faced the same I know now to get a police officer there to make out a report and to issue a ticket if warrented.

I am not sure regarding the parking lot issue but if property damage occurred I think they might still have a cause.

The next thing would be to get all the insurance information from the other driver and deal directly with that company, leave your own out of it if at all possible.

If one must use their own insurance for repairs then they will have to pay the deductible and at the point the insurance company collects from the others it will be forwarded to them or at least was to me the one time I had it happen.
That was over 20 years ago so maybe not any more.

The bottom line is that one has to read and understand their policy and also grasp how things happen in the real life world.
DUmmies by their inherent nature of dependency never do and therefore are always blindsided by events.

This one tells so many stories it's hard to say if it even happened without pictures.

Even if there WERE pictures, I'd still be suspicious.

Why can't we give them numbers, frank. We could tatoo them onto their arms so we'd...

Without insurance, she'd be paying several grand, probably, for the repairs.

No wonder people hate insurance companies.

This is why one calls the police in an accident! If the other driver gets ticketed it's kinda difficult for the insurance company to screw you!
