Title: Driver can't shake cross-dresser who jumps in truck in Pasco Co.

Raymond L. Bowen has been arrested several times in Pasco County, frequently using the alias "Alexis." On Tuesday evening, authorities say, Bowen -- as Alexis -- donned a long black wig and women's clothing and climbed into a white Ford pickup at a red light on U.S. 19.

According to a Sheriff's Office report, Bowen began to fondle the driver, a 59-year-old man from Clearwater, saying "I need to make twenty bucks."

The man is not being identified because of the nature of the crime.

"Get out of my truck," he told Bowen, to no avail. He began driving south on 19, arguing with his passenger along the way, until he found a safe place to pull over. He threatened to call 911, but Bowen, 32, wouldn't budge and took the man's cell phone.
