Obama should not be vacationing.
people are suffering in this country. There's a crisis in the ME. He should never vacation again. He shouldn't go to his frivolous workouts. He certainly shouldn't be having any inaugural festivities. When he's in the White House he shouldn't hold any state dinners. He shouldn't be photographed having a good time. He should never play golf or basketball or go body surfing. Others are suffering. In solidarity, Obama should make every attempt to suffer too.

There's been quite a few about-faces among the primitives since November 4, 2008.
I was going to keep track of them, but within minutes I had a couple of bushels of volte-faces, and so gave up, as it was getting overwhelming.

When the Obama girls are attacked by freepers, if you savaged the bush twins or Sarah Palin's kids, your howls will be pure hypocrisy.
And frankly, if you had a ball attacking Laura for such things as her clothes, don't whine about how awful freepers are for attacking Michelle.

Even the other primitives are not fooled by this sudden change in attitude, they knowing all too well that she's done exactly the same things.

I've never had a problem with Bush taking a vacation during his term. We all know it's not really a "vacation" it's just not being at the White House, everything he can do at the White House can be done at Camp David or the Crawford Ranch.
And I have no problem with Obama (who's only President-Elect) visiting with family in Hawaii either.

Exactly how I see it. The whole issue is a silly canard, no matter which side is flinging the poo.
