Title: Nutty bandits: Thieves steal $100,000 worth of cashews

Police say an alarm at the Forge Street, Blacktown business alerted them to the theft of 10 pallets of nuts around 5.30am (AEDT) yesterday morning.

Police have appealed for witnesses.

I *hate* cashews.

I don't understand why they are so popular.

Ten pallets would take a while to make off with.  I wonder if someone was going broke feeing a hungry pet?

I was thinking more along the lines of elephant or lots of pigs.
