Tuesday's Florida update...
Isn't having dinner at a fine restaurant entertainment enough?
Not at SideBern's, one of Tampa's priciest eateries.
Police say that allegations of sex in the women's restroom prompted a rolling fistfight and, later in the parking lot, the arrest of a lawyer who tried too hard to get involved, reports the St. Petersburg Times.
It started when Aimeemarie Dias walked into the women's restroom and saw two people having "sexual relations."
Dias' says she verbally confronted the pair then was assaulted.
Next thing you know, Dias and Jodi Jacolow, the female in the tryst, were rolling around and exchanging punches and pushes, according to the cop report.
The male member of that tryst -- George Anthony Hochschwender -- told cops there was no sex, but that he "was upset and Ms. Jacolow was calming him as a result of a poor relationship."
Hochschwender told police that Dias threw a punch at him, then the ensuing fight between the two women spilled out to the main bar floor.
Enter Brent Warren Yessin.
He got involved, persistently offering his services and even misrepresented himself to officers as an attorney for those involved.
Yessin resisted arrest and required four officers to wrestle him to the ground. He was arrested for refusing to leave the restaurant.
