Obama sure has a lot of "Jesus pals." However, they're seemingly ALWAYS getting him in trouble.
Why is it he cannot select better Jesus pals?
People that would not offend and alienate such large numbers of Americans?
A possibility of 8 years of Jesus pals really worries me.
It might be only 4 if he doesn't get it together.
Why is such an intelligent thinker so blinded by religion?
He doesn't seem nearly as smart when he involves himself in this issue.
Tragic.

1. To be fair, our other choice had her set of "Jesus pals" that freaked me out as well. Google Hillary and the Fellowship.
Just once I would like a plain old "keep their religion to themselves" Unitarian or Protestant. Or even, gasp, an agnostic.
Or at least someone that doesn't "pal around" with bigots. And this time, the descriptive fits.

2. Like Rev Lowery?
He does select Jesus pals who don't offend large numbers of Americans. He is just ignored when he does.

3. I believe Obama is able to separate his religious beliefs from his political beliefs. He's not George W Bush.
Obama has never given any indication that his religious beliefs, or the religious beliefs of others will influence his decisions when it comes to governing the country.

4. You don't really believe God told Bush to go to war with Iraq do you?
Bush in a recent interview has said that is not true.
Not to mention Bush came across as not really giving a damn about the bible.
Most people recognize what PNAC is.
And I think most people would say Bush invaded Iraq to get back at Saddam for Poppy.
If anything, Bush is fairly consistent with his nutty religious views.
Obama is not.
Example:
Opposed Proposition 8 in California, yet is opposed to same sex marriage.
What?
No wonder the opposition was able to use that mixed message and trick voters who weren't really clear where Obama stood/stands.
I think it's too early to know how much religion will influence him politically.
Let's hope you're right because his makes nothing but poor choices when it comes to faith.

5. I donated way more money to Obama than I could afford after this shit, not a penny more.

6. We did, too, but if they think this is the thing that will make us sit down and STFU, they're sadly, sadly mistaken. Watch this space. This is called "we will ride you like stink on shit" from here out. What, they couldn't find an imperial grand wizard with an open date that day for a gig? Puhleez.
It's not about Obama, with me. It's about those boneheads around him. He needs to start winnowing and quick or this "change" shit we've been hearing about is NewSpeak for MOTS (more of the same). Been there, done that. Look around. Stooput hasn't worked out so well.

7. I, of course, didn't donate a nickel because it's no secret he wasn't my candidate.
I did vote for him, which is better than a donation.
It's priceless.
So even though I didn't donate, I also feel he owes me for my vote.

It's still funny that 2500 Little Goons who post on an obscure message board think they matter.

People that would not offend and alienate such large numbers of Americans?
That would be militant queers, those who sue to remove "In God We Trust" from our coins, call our troops murderers, curse God with every other word..... oh,in other words you.
Wonder now why your heros react to you as a demon to Holy water?

So Obama asks a minister to say a prayer at his inauguration, not serve in his cabinet, not shape policy of any kind, just say a prayer...something as traditional as using one's middle name when one takes the oath...and this little queen gets his panties in a wad? Why would his vote be worth more than any of the other millions who also voted for the messiah? Heck if Obama owes anyone it's the libs who crossed over and gave the Republicans McCain.

What you said! DITTO!!! H5!
I knew as soon as the cross-overs gave us McLame we were done for. I voted for the fool, but I had to close my eyes and hold my breath to do so. I've never forgiven him for the "Gang of Fourteeen".
What a shmuck!!!

I have noted at the DUmp that they call Warren a bigot, but Il Duce holds the same position Warren does on fag marriage and yet he isn't called a bigot. More proof that being directly critical of The One (rather than indirect critism like disapproving of his cabinet choices) is prohibited.
