A suggestion about the smoking ban

Why not ask the lawmakers for fairness in the smoking bans, "so we can all get along" heres my suggestion...

Smoking is permitted in bars, restaurants, casinos and bowling alleys at even numbered addresses on even numbered calendar days. Smoking is not permitted at even numbered addresses on odd numbered calendar days .

Smoking is permitted in bars, restaurants, casinos and bowling alleys at odd numbered addresses on odd numbered calendar days. Smoking is not permitted at odd numbered addresses on even numbered calendar days.

Kind of like the lawn watering restrictions.

This way all people, Owners, Employees, Smokers and Non-Smokers have equal rights and no one is forcing their beliefs on each other.

Employees can apply for the non-smoking days or smoking days.

It would be a win win for all parties involved Owners, Employees, Smokers and Non-smokers.

What say you?

I'd say you haven't thought this out well enough.  Hit the bong some more and get back to us.

Exactly, let the businesses decide and then let the free market do the rest.
