For a while there was a law on the books in Wisconsin that said that anyone performing an oral sex act on a minor in a shopping cart would lose their food stamps.

I'm pretty sure there was a story behind that one.

Thanks to modern sex education these three think that any sex is OK as long as a condom is used.  :(
