International war crimes prosecution more likely if pardons?
Advertisements [?]
If Bush issues pardons to his co-conspirators, does it make it more likely that other nations will pursue him and the others for war crimes? I'm starting to think the answer is yes. Bush and his co-conspirators will never be able to leave the country for any reason. Even if they head to a country which is unlikely to pursue them for war crimes, any stops along the way will make them vulnerable for prosecution.
What do you think?

Bush will not be wanted for anything because he has not commited any crime. But keep rambling on about it so we can laugh at your looniness.

1. Possible.
He never traveled a lot anyway. He'll hole up at Crawford and live like the pampered king he was raised to be.

2. He wants to add to his "coffers."
I think he will want to travel to pick up speaking fees, like President Clinton. Not too many want to hear him, except maybe his overlords in Saudi Arabia and the like.
Anyway, regardless of Bush, he has had many co-conspirators. They really should fear being picked up while abroad.
BTW, love the picture in your signature line.

Short answer.......No.

What is the deal with DUer's and their allegations that George Bush and Dick Cheney should be tried for "war crimes?" What crimes do they say they have committed?
I see this so often over at the Dummie island and if it weren't so sad the dummies think this is something that can and will be done, it would be funny. Oh wait, it IS funny!
I'm telling you - those dummies are a huge source of laughter for me. I was telling my husband about this the other night and referred to them as the "primitives" and I had to explain to him the whole story. He said he's glad to see I have a new hobby.

They're ****ing terrorists you idiots!
Show me where terrorists signed the Geneva convention! Better yet, show me what country's banner these pukes fight for!
When you get done with that, list the war crimes you morans are talking about!

How can Bush pardon someone who has not been convicted or even indicted of a crime?

The only way to grasp the things they do is to view them as what they are emotionally immature children in adult bodies.
Once you do this their every action and reaction becomes clear and predictable.
Even as one that has no children I can see the traits.
Everything is expressed in exaggerated manner,an insecurity wishing for someone to take care of them and make everything better as they see needed,an obsession with "fairness" (think of a small child screeching about someone getting a bigger portion of dessert) and lastly the reaction to everything that doesn`t work as they wish with anger.
In their simple little minds the only way to set things right as they see them is to exact vengence.
They have no idea why or how so they grasp something silly like this and dream of it so as to make the world conform to their selfish wishes that everything be just as they desire.
It is their soul and they will never let it go.
