The Clip is from a 1967 airing of the Ed Sullivan show - the name of this monster was Wheel-Stealer , and was a prop for an unaired commercial - It also seems that before the Ed Sullivan show, this skit was a bit of humor added to an IBM training film called Coffee Break Machine.

My dad started his naval career as an Aviation Ordnanceman.  His first chief was a mite more long-winded than that.  Used to tell my dad: "That was so damned dumb, I bet I could strip your ass nekkid and lock you in a padded cell with 2 steel balls, and in 3 hours you'd have broken one and lost the other."
