Obviously, there are some folks on the Internet who weren't happy with the election
This message is for them.
Fine... I hope that they bitch and grumble all they want. It's their right.
However, there's a line, when crossed, which goes from bitching and moaning to actual threats.
This is America, where we have good reason to take threats seriously.
Threats require action.
The people of DU are patriots. They care for the safety of any President, even that jackass, George W. Bush.
We understand that the election of Barack Hussein Obama is a very emotional event in most of our lives.
But, we the people of DU, will never stand idly by and allow anyone or any group to threaten the life of President-Elect Obama or his family.
We are responsible and vigilant enough to report any such threat promptly to the proper authorities.
Let this serve as a warning: Do not issue threats, idle or otherwise, under penalty of LAW.
We are very serious about this matter.

This from the same site who had the Secret Service visit them over threats made against the life of Bush43 and who have continually made references about wanting him and other administration officials dead.
Now if they could only spell "hypocracy" maybe they'd learn what it means at the same time.

Naw, he's been there since 2002 and a prolific Lounge and African American Group poster. Guess he's okay with using Hussein now that Zero has won. Any use of it prior was grounds for post removal; continued use resulted in TS.

No, DUmmies, you still aren't patriots. You can't rail against the country for every percieved wrong in the world one day and two days later become patriots just because of the man entering the white house.
I was in Kuwait, as a US soldier, during Monica's War. Still, after all these years, one of the hardest things I've ever had to do was stand their and not respond to a Arab friend of mine who complained bitterly about the air raids. The only thing I could say is that is was the president's decision. The entire time I wanted to agree with my friend, Iraqies were getting killed primarily because their deaths would politically benefit Bill Clinton. (Incidentally, I view this as the last point where not invading Iraq at some point was a possibility, Clinton screwed it big time.) I didn't because I was in another country representing my country, and I declined to speak against it.
As Stephen Decatur said, "Our country, right ir wrong." He walked the walk. Until you do, no one will think you are patriots.
