Are these dolts predictable or not? Like I've said, it's not the policy.  It's never been about policy or the issues.  Il Duce could do exactly what W has done to the letter and it'd be A-OK with the DUmmies.  It's all about who's in office with them.

Then take it down jackass.  It's obvious that you care little for it if you are going to purposely display it incorrectly just for some kind of cheap political statement.

Go buy a book on flag etiquette and coach yourself up on how it's suppoed to be flown.

That makes sense, it does seem rather unlikely that one of them would have a real flag or a flagpole, after all.

With a DUmmie IQ of only 130+, they're not capable of operating complex mechanisms like flag poles.
