They're gonna play a KEY role in The Annointed One's presidency.
It goes back to what I was saying in another thread. Obama's a ****in' n00b when it comes to using the machinery of Government to implement his will for the Country. So he'll go to the tool he knows and understands best - mob muscle.
The first moment President Obama runs into real, organized opposition in Congress to a proposal, he'll make a quiet little phone call to a friend, who'll make a couple of phone calls to ACORN offices in key areas - say, the congressional districts of the spineless cowards on capitol hill opposing his bill. Faster than you can say "Badda-bing Badda-boom", there's an ACORN orchestrated protest/riot burning through those congresscritters' districts.
It goes right back to the brand of politics The Annointed One learned in the Saul Alinsky model: "Don't be afraid to use the tactics that your people like to use: those will be the ones they have the most fun with, and will be the most effective in." So guess what Amerika, we're about a step and a half away from electing a Saul Alinsky "Community Organizer" into the highest office in the land.
