Okay, maybe I'm being paranoid...

I have an Obama lawn sign and an Obama/Biden sign in my front window.

I heard a car a couple of minutes ago and looked out my window to see who it was. It was a DHL delivery van in my driveway, which I was expecting today because I'd ordered a new AT&T cell phone. What I saw next shocked me - the guy got out of the van, took the box and pitched it as hard as he could 30 feet onto my porch, where it landed with a loud crash. Then he got back into his van and pulled away.

I've had a lot of things delivered over the years, and I've never seen any delivery company throw a box from my driveway to my front door. And he did it in such a violent way that I'm still stunned. WHen I opened the box, I found that it hit my porch so hard the phone was out of the slot intended for it and was sitting on top of the charger. I haven't tested it yet but it looks okay.

Needless to say, I've already written DHL with my tracking number to report the way my package was handled. And I'm now going to call AT&T and let them know how DHL is delivering their packages.

The whole thing was so bizarre that I wonder if the driver wasn't pissed off at my signs. McCain/Palin have done nothing but whip up anger amongst the right wing and this guy sure seemed angry. Now I am, too.

Yeah, BS. DHL drivers are f***ing nuts. I've almost had car wrecks dealing with their aggressive driving on more than one occasion. This haste on the delivery is just another manifestation of their rapid pace. I know you think you are the center of the universe, DUmmy, and this incident is a reflection of that, but, no one gives a damn about your yardsign.

Sounds to me like a DUmmy got herself an IPhone, broke it, and is now creating a backstory to get it replaced for free. The reason I don't have an IPhone is I *KNOW* I'll break it, most likely while at work.

Probably.  Primitives do things like that.

I've got the Samsung Instinct, which is probably a shameless knock-off of the I-Phone.  I didn't buy an I-Phone because I won't allow anything Crapple in my home.  No I-Phone, no I-pod, no MacIntrash, no MacBook.  Nothing.  Nada.

My MIL's neighbor drives for DHL.  His yard is filled with Obama/Biden signs.  I think someone that hates their job that badly would have to be a democrat.
